Please note our standard processing times for our main weekly payroll runs.
Your timesheet data will be sent to us by your agency no later than close of business Wednesday. We’ll then process your payroll on the Thursday with payment value texts and emailed payslips being issued to you no later than 3pm. Your payment is then processed for the next day (Friday) and should be in your account by the morning.
Please note, Monthly payrolls can vary depending on your agency but generally follow the same process as above.
We have provided a brief overview of your payslip, breaking it into sections to explain what you will see when you receive your payslip.
What does my Payslip mean?
To help you understand your payslip, we have provided a breakdown, with screenshots of what the sections of the payslip mean. If you have any other questions regarding your payslip, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Section 1

This section includes your contract rate, with details of Employers National Insurance, and our company margin.
Section 2

This section contains some employee details, with two boxes underneath. The left-hand side box being your payments (inc holiday pay if not accrued). The right-hand side box shows any deductions made, ie PAYE, Employees National Insurance, any student loan deductions would also show here.
Section 3

This section has the overall taxable pay for this period and year to rate. With your overall payment amount in the box at the bottom right in bold.
